One of the most attractive sites of Montserrat is the volcano, and the best views of it I had from the Montserrat Volcano Observatory, which cost me 4 US$ for the ticket. It's open Monday to Friday from 15:30 to 16:00, but visits are only possible when volcanic activity permits it;l if the volcano is dangerously active visitors are not allowed.
